Join us for Coffee and learn about out controlled chaos in a casual morning conversation about careers at CAAT. We’ll provide the coffee and staff will share what it’s really like to work in a school that’s building something different for Bakersfield students.

Great teaching takes time to plan. Teachers at Caat get 10 planning days a year in addition to 4+ hours of planning time each week.

Classroom budget

At Caat setting up your classroom doesn't come out of your pocket - each teacher gets a $2K budget for their classroom.
